Booking and Payment

Programme Bookings

When you book a programme through our website:

• We will confirm your booking via email
• Payment terms will be communicated separately
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations:

• More than 14 days before the session: Full refund
• 7-14 days before the session: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the session: No refund, but you may reschedule once

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests with less notice may incur an administrative fee.
